The IDC offers a wide range of courses for students at all levels. From introductory undergraduate courses to core communications engineering modules and numerous postgraduate courses where students can deepen their knowledge in some of the most advanced research areas in communications engineering, the IDC offers it all. Courses range from pure communications engineering courses to highly interdisciplinary courses.
Some of the lectures are supplemented by lab courses in which students can apply their knowledge directly to practical tasks.
Seminars, research projects, Bachelor’s and Master’s theses give students the opportunity to work on the latest research topics at the IDC.
Courses are primarily intended for students in the following programmes, but are generally open to anyone:
- Elektrotechnik-Elektronik-Informationstechnik (EEI)
- Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik (IuK)
- Medizintechnik (MT)
- Communications and Multimedia Engineering (CME)
